Lunar Knight adds new cards, zones and bosses to the roguelike pixel-art RPG in latest update

  • Challenge your skills against new bosses and zones
  • Explore dungeons and unlock permanent skills
  • Customise your character to your liking

In case you missed it, roguelike RPG Lunar Knight has launched its latest update on iOS, welcoming a new knight to the fray. In addition to Lunar Knight Nadia, you can also expect to test your combat prowess against six new bosses, or feed your wanderlust with three new zones to explore and triumph over.

The latest update also adds 12 new cards to discover, spicing up the gameplay as you take on foes across randomly generated worlds. The pixel-art title offers real-time skill-based battles to engage in, as you battle your way through dungeons and grow more powerful with each new skill learned.

Of course, given the genre, no two runs will feel the same here, but just in case you need more buffs for your next dungeon attempt, you can look forward to unlocking permanent skills that you can use to help you out in a pinch. The best part of it all is that it can be played even when you’re offline, so you won’t have to scour the metro just to look for an internet connection when you’re itching to dive in.

By the way, if you’d love to switch up your swag, you can unlock character customisations to change your appearance for free, whether you’re decking out your Head and Torso with the right aesthetics or just opting for the best Weapon that looks the coolest.

Does that sound like something that’s right up your alley? Why not take a look at our list of the best roguelikes on iOS to get a taste of something similar?

In the meantime, if you’re eager to join in on all the fun, you can do so by checking out Lunar Knight: Roguelike RPG on the App Store. It’s a free-to-play game with in-app purchases.
