Netflix is bringing its hit reality series The Ultimatum to your palm in a new and gamified way. This interactive relationship story is now available exclusively to Netflix members on Android and iOS. Just like the show, you’ll be stepping into a dating sim that challenges you to navigate love, commitment, and the temptation of someone new.
In The Ultimatum: Choices, you step into the shoes of a participant in a social experiment, joined by your partner Taylor. Hosted by Chloe Veitch of Too Hot to Handle and Perfect Match, the story brings you together with other couples also questioning their relationships. You’ll have to make bold decisions such as moving forward with your current partner or exploring what life could be like with someone else.
Customisation is another key aspect of The Ultimatum. You will design your character from the ground up, tweaking every detail from gender and facial features to accessories. Even Taylor’s appearance is up to you. These choices don’t stop at looks either, they extend to interests, values, and even your wardrobe, ensuring that every interaction accurately reflects the personality you’ve created.
As the story unfolds, every decision you make shapes your narrative. There is no shortage of situations. You can play the peacemaker or the one that causes drama. Even choosing to develop an intense romance or not is up to you. Every choice is in your hands and each one will reveal something new about your relationship, so it should be interesting to see how it ultimately plays out.
